Refund policy

At Faith & Pages, we are grateful for every order and appreciate your support of our family-owned ministry. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method and do not accept returns for cash or credit card refunds.

Store Credit Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the approved item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may provide a replacement item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or customer-caused damage

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom, personalized, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Right to Refuse

Faith & Pages reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
